RRSS spreaders
RRSS spreaders

As we explained in the entry "Fertilizer spreader: what it is and what it is for", the spreaders They are a hermetically closed tank that is used for irrigation.

In these fertilizers you can introduce the different fertilizers or products to be dosed. These fertilizers will be applied on our orchards or gardens providing the necessary nutrients.

Parts of a spreader

Our fertilizer spreaders have three intakes, one for the water inlet, another for the outlet of the water dosed with fertilizer and another for evacuation. They are connected to the irrigation network in close but isolated points. This separation is limited by a valve that generates a pressure difference so that part of the irrigation water can circulate through the tank.

The water enters the tank tangentially to the wall from the bottom. The water joins with the compost that was previously introduced into the tank. In this way, the solution comes out of the upper part of the tank. The irrigation network is thus supplied with the solution.

The spreaders do not require agitators or stirrers. This is due to the fact that the mixture of fertilizers is carried out in the tank itself with the dissolution of the water in the tank.

When starting the spreader, it is advisable to leave the lid completely open. With the machine's own pressure, it will close.
