CORRUGATED POLYETHYLENE SANITATION PIPE

Description of CORRUGATED POLYETHYLENE SANITATION PIPE

La polyethylene pipe Corrugated Sanitation System is a highly efficient and versatile solution for water conveyance systems in sanitation applications. It is made up of two layers: an outer, corrugated one, and a smooth inner one, suitable for inspection using camera systems. The corrugated PE sanitation pipe has an elastic joint union, designed for sanitation in non-pressure pipelines. It can be used to evacuate stormwater and wastewater, both residential and industrial, for channeling ditches, highway and path crossings and future channeling of industrial and urban infrastructures.

It is manufactured according to the UNE EN 13476 standard.

This pipe is available in different diameters (from 160 mm to 1000 mm) and two types of rigidity: SN4 and SN8.

These pipes, when buried, have to withstand underground movements that translate into compression stresses. They are pipes inside which pressure is not worked. The choice between SN4 and SN8 depends on the depth to which the pipe is buried and the stress it has to withstand.

Additionally, its corrugated design allows for quick and easy installation, reducing labor costs and time. Corrugated polyethylene pipe is also resistant to corrosion and most chemicals used in sanitation applications, ensuring long life and minimal maintenance.

This pipe is a smart choice for water and wastewater infrastructure projects requiring durability, ease of installation, and chemical resistance.
