Consumer customers have the right to return their purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after receiving their order.

Return & Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period of a client will expire 14 calendar days from the day his order was delivered to the client or a third party, acquiring possession of the material good (if the term ends on Saturday, Sunday or holiday it extends to the next business day) .

Consequences of withdrawal 

In order to process any return or replacement of a new product, it is essential to have previously made your communication to our company. 

After your communication and our approval, you must send us the order in its original packaging and in perfect condition to the following address:

Upon receiving the merchandise at our facilities and being reviewed by our technicians that the material has arrived in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of your order, deducting the cost of the return transport, which must be paid by the customer.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly provided. 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Mundoriego will not accept the return of materials that have been manipulated, altered or used.

Under no circumstances will we accept any return or replacement of the products if we have not previously received your communication within a period of 14 calendar days to be able to carry out your right of withdrawal in the terms already indicated.

If you receive a wrong order and that does not correspond to the one made by you, you must notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving it. Mundoriego will send the correct items of your order to your address again, and will take care of the return of the wrong material to our facilities, taking charge of the shipping costs of both the correct material and the return. 

If you receive a damaged material, in poor condition or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify it within 14 calendar days after receiving it. After your communication and our approval, you must send us the order in its original packaging. Upon receiving the merchandise at our facilities and the incident being reviewed by our technicians, we will send you the same material in perfect condition or refund the amount of your order, whichever the customer prefers. Mundoriego will bear the cost of transport at all times as long as we can confirm that the material has been sent with this incident.

If you notice any deterioration in the package or cargo when the carrier delivers it, you must state it and reflect it on the delivery note of the transport agency, so that we can process the appropriate claim with the agency.

If the item purchased does not match the text of the item offered, Mundoriego will refund the amount of the order, using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, and taking charge of the return postage. 

If you purchase an item and its image on the web does not correspond 100% to the item purchased, it will not be treated as an incident. The images of the items in the online store are exposed as an illustration and do not constitute a binding offer for sale. The photographs of the articles can be generic images of a range of products that do not exactly represent the article, but a representative image of the article to be purchased. The text of the article is binding, not the photograph. If the client wants to proceed with the withdrawal, he must take charge of the return postage. 

Guarantee

Our articles have a guarantee for a minimum period of two years and, where appropriate, the one granted by each manufacturer and current legislation.

Items with damage caused by lack of conservation, negligence, blows, improper use, connection to the electrical network, unsuitable voltage, use of improper fuel or materials and equipment subjected to efforts or applications not indicated by the warranty are excluded from the guarantee. maker.

The warranty period will end when:

– The item lacks the corresponding purchase invoice or is tampered with.

- The item has been altered, manipulated or repaired by personnel other than the manufacturer's Technical Service.

- The article has been damaged in its installation or in its use.

If the repair or replacement of the item is not covered by the guarantee under the established terms, all expenses incurred will be borne by the client.

However, and based on the provisions of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, it will be presumed that all defects or faults in accordance with the offer that are manifested within the The first 6 months are due to manufacturing errors, the brand in question being responsible for the product unless otherwise proven.

For errors, failures or deficiencies after said date, it will be the customer's responsibility to demonstrate that they are manufacturing errors and not due to their use.
