La Information online through the website is only available for shipments to Spanish mainland territory.

If you want to make a purchase in our store for shipments outside the Spanish peninsula and abroad, contact us through our email info@mundoriego.es  or by phone +34 655 968 154 (whatsapp inc.), and we will personally assess a budget for the material you need, depending on your shipping location. 

The courier service that we preferably use for our shipments is through the agency MRW at your service URGENT 19. Depending on the characteristics of the material, we could make the shipment with other agencies that have a transport that best suits the characteristics of the material, such as pipes.

We currently have a promotion only for online sale for our customers of FREE SHIPPING from of €99 VAT included, except for pipes, and only in the Spanish peninsula. This promotion is not applicable in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If you want to make the purchase of PIPELINE, a keypad with the name will appear on each item REQUEST QUOTE. It will then take you to a form that you must fill in with the information we ask for. We will contact you through your email or phone number to provide you with a budget with delivery time and transport cost of said pipe depending on the meters of pipe and its shipping population.

The purchase of pipe and its transport is independent of the online purchase of the rest of the articles on the web, and its only form of payment is by bank transfer.

Delivery

The delivery time of our articles for shipping in the peninsula is 2 to 5 business days from the confirmation of the order, which is sent to the customer via email.

If the payment has been made by wire transfer, The order confirmation will be sent after receiving the deposit in our bank account.

For shipments to Balearic Islands, the delivery time will be 3 to 6 business days.

For shipments to Ceuta y Melilla, the delivery time will be 5 to 10 business days. In your budget will be added the SAD tax (single administrative document) of output of material, for the import declaration before the customs authorities. The client must take charge of the pertinent internal taxes upon receiving the order at the customs office where it belongs. VAT will be deducted from all products in the online store. For shipments to Canary Islands, the delivery time will be 7 to 15 business days. In your budget will be added the SAD tax (single administrative document) of output of material, for the import declaration before the customs authorities. For shipments outside Spain, you must contact us by email at info@mundoriego.es, or by phone +34 655 968 154 (whatsapp inc.), indicating the items in which you are interested and their place of delivery. As soon as possible we will send you a budget for the material that you have requested with its delivery time and cost included. If you agree with our offer, we will study the appropriate forms of payment depending on the country of destination.

Material reception

After your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email indicating that your order has left our facilities, and the agency that will deliver it to you.

If the shipment is through an agency other than MRW, due to the characteristics of the materials, we will notify you in advance, along with the delivery date.

If the shipment is through the MRW agency, shipments to the peninsular territory are made in 24 hours, the Balearic Islands 48/72 hours, the Canary Islands 5 days, Ceuta and Melilla 3 days.

You will receive an email from MRW when you leave our facilities with all the order information, in case you want to change the place, delivery date or pick it up at the nearest MRW office.

MRW will carry out two tries Of delivery.

If in the first attempt delivery is not at home, MRW has the option of calling the number you have provided us, and/or attaching a receipt to your delivery address.

If they are not contacted to agree on a delivery time, MRW will retry the second delivery the next day.

If they could not make the delivery in the second try, your order will remain at your corresponding MRW office for the next 15 days, so that you can come and pick it up. After 15 days, it will return to the headquarters of Mundoriego
