40 liter capacity fertilizer spreader, made of laminated polyester reinforced GRP
Lid with metallic accessories painted in epoxy.
Polyester support base, RM 3/4" PVC crepes.
Crepin gaskets in viton.

Working pressure 5 bar.
Maximum pressure 6 bar.
Diameter 420mm.
Height 600mm.

The fertilizer spreaders consist of 2 intakes, one input and one output, connected to the irrigation network at two nearby points, but separated by a valve whose purpose is to create a pressure difference so that part of the irrigation water circulates through the tank. .

The water enters the wall tangentially from the lower part and mixes with the fertilizer, which has been previously introduced into the tank, thus leaving the solution through the upper part of the tank, thus injecting it into the irrigation network.

These fertilizers do not need agitators or stirrers, since the dissolution of fertilizers is produced by the turbulence caused by the water when it enters the tank.
It is recommended at start-up to leave the cover of the spreader completely loose, since the pressure alone will exert its closure.

The closure of the fertilizer spreader is by means of a rubber that creates the tightness when entering the tank in load.

For such a small use of compost and liquid, the usual is a venturi system. The spreader is usually used with soluble solid compost.

For the installation of the spreader, we have a fertilizer kit for its installation with the necessary materials.

From then on, depending on the areas you have, you will have to sectorize the irrigation with valves.
