1. Scope
These General Commercial Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries between AGROMASAN SL with address at Carretera de El Albujón a La Aljorra Km. 2, 30330, El Albujón, Cartagena (Murcia) and its customers through the online store www. .mundoriego.es
2. Placement of orders, contracting and limitation in quantities
Ordering
Online sales through the website are only available for shipments to the peninsular territory. Buying in our online store is very simple: you just have to choose an item, add it to the basket by clicking on ADD. 3. Prices and shipping costs

Shipping costs
The preferred courier service that we currently use for the Spanish national territory is MRW.
Exceptionally, it may happen that, due to the characteristics of the package, the order cannot be delivered by MRW and an alternative transport must be chosen. Mundoriego will indicate the type of transport and will assess an adequate budget for that type of merchandise.
Shipments to the peninsula with MRW are free for orders with a value greater than €99, except for shipments that contain some type of pipe. In this last case, a form will appear in each article to know the amount of pipe you need and its destination. In this way, we can calculate the shipping cost and its delivery time. Within a maximum period of 24 hours on a working day, you will receive our budget, and you will be able to make your purchase in our store.
4 Delivery
The delivery of orders takes for the peninsula, as a general rule, between 2 and 5 working days from the moment we receive the order through our store.
For shipments whose destination is the Canary Islands, the DUA tax (single administrative document) will be added for the import or export declaration before the customs authorities at the exit of the material.
We accept shipments of orders to other countries, for which before placing your order on the web portal, you must send us an e-mail to info@mundoriego.com indicating your purchase intention, the delivery address data and your data personal, after which we will send you a budget that will include: the price of the materials, the amount of the postage and the delivery time, which you must send with your acceptance to info@mundoriego.com. Incidences
If you receive a wrong order and that does not correspond to the one made by you, Mundoriego will send the products of your order to your address again without any additional transport cost and will refund the amount through the payment method you choose.
If the carrier of the merchandise observes any deterioration in the package or cargo when delivering it, you must notify it and reflect it on the delivery note so that we can process the appropriate claim with the agency.
In order to process any incident with transport, it is essential to have previously made your written communication to our company.
In the event that Mundoriego cannot deliver the ordered product because it has not received the supply from its supplier, through no fault of its own, Mundoriego may terminate the contract. In this case, Mundoriego must inform the client as soon as possible and propose a comparable product. If a similar product is not available, or the client does not wish to receive that product, Mundoriego must, as soon as possible, reimburse the payments made by the client.
5. Property rights
The products will remain the property of Mundoriego until full payment has been made. Prior to transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer of ownership as security, treatment or redesign is not permitted without Mundoriego's approval.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquire material possession of the last of those goods (if the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next day skilled).

– Consequences of withdrawal

7 Warranty
Mundoriego reserves the power and the right to modify the conditions of all the articles that appear in our online store. These articles are guaranteed for a minimum period of two years and, where appropriate, that granted by each manufacturer and current legislation.
Damages caused by lack of conservation, negligence, blows, improper use, coupling to the electrical network at an unsuitable voltage, use of improper fuel or materials and equipment subjected to efforts or applications not indicated by the manufacturer are excluded from the guarantee.
The article that has an abnormal operation during the guarantee period, will be repaired or replaced free of charge, adjusting to article 120 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and users, and other complementary laws. The warranty period will end when:

However, and based on the provisions of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, it will be presumed that all defects or lack of conformity with the offer that are manifested within the The first 6 months are due to manufacturing errors, in which case the brand in question will be responsible for the product. For errors, failures or deficiencies after said date, it will be the client's responsibility to demonstrate that they are manufacturing errors and not due to their use.

8. Payments, non-payment and discount vouchers
The buyer must pay the price of the products prior to their delivery with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), by bank transfer, or through Paypal. It also has the option of buying cash on delivery, where its characteristics will be explained later. Cash or check payments will not be accepted. In this case, Mundoriego is not responsible for any type of loss. d) Cash on delivery

11. Final provision
