Drip irrigation pipe, made of polyethylene, integrated and self-compensating.

Latest generation drip irrigation dripper, self-compensating flat emitter integrated in multi-seasonal pipes, based on 4 key elements:
- DS technology in its labyrinth.
- SILITEC membrane
- ELIPSIS camera.
- HEX protection system

APPLICATION:
- Irrigation of intensive crops.
- Farms with tree crops.
- Greenhouse irrigation.

ADVANTAGES:
- Maximum resistance to clogging. The design of its labyrinth, with DS technology, and the HEX protection system guarantee a high resistance to clogging.
- Greater self-compensation range. The SILITEC membrane, manufactured in LSR, provides high dimensional precision, and great chemical and mechanical resistance. This ensures a uniform flow, high emitter performance, and a greater self-compensation range.
- A lifetime of high performance. ELEPSIS is a self-compensating chamber that, in combination with the membrane, obtains optimum performance for a longer working time, both in self-compensating pressures and throughout its useful life.
- Guaranteed quality. Azud applies a highly technologically advanced quality control system to each of the drippers it manufactures, which 100% guarantees its performance and features.

The optimal working pressure is 2-3 bar, but they can start working correctly from 1 bar and at most up to 4 bar.

For surface irrigation, like this pipe, the standard thickness is 1mm.

Prices vary depending on the type of dripper, the manufacturer, distance between drippers and wall thickness to a lesser extent.

R For aerial irrigation, the Premier PC is recommended, since the Premier PC AS is more expensive by adding to the dripper the anti-siphon property for underground irrigation. If it is for aerial irrigation, it is not necessary, so the most suitable economically and functionally is the Premier PC. For wall thickness, in aerial irrigation the standard thickness, 1mm, is usually installed. There are options to be 0.9mm or 1.1mm, already at the discretion of the farmer and his circumstances.
