CONDUSAN corrugated pipe ø1000mm SN8 kN / m2, made of High Density polyethylene (HDPE) by means of a fully automated continuous in-line coextrusion process.
CONDUSAN pipes are made up of two layers, perfectly welded:
- A corrugated exterior in black that gives it high stability to sunlight.
- Another smooth white interior that favors the inspection of the network by means of camera systems (an increasingly used technique).
The outer layer has a frustoconical section ring, which gives the pipe great resistance to the crushing forces produced by the weight of the earth in the trenches.
They are presented with a double sleeve with a sealing gasket at the ends of the tube.
PROPERTIES:
- LIGHTNESS: great ease of handling and installation thanks to its low weight.
- ENDURANCE:
· CHEMISTRY: they remain unchanged to all chemical substances contained in water and soil, so they are unalterable to corrosion.
· TO THE IMPACT: even at very low temperatures.
· ABRASION: due to their low roughness, they are not affected by the action of abrasive particles that the transported fluids may contain.
High resistance to compression or crushing under loads, supporting without deformation the weight of the ground caused by road traffic.
APPLICATIONS:
Use in canalization systems for sanitation, mainly used for the transfer of rolled water, underground pipes without pressure for wastewater and rainwater, electricity pipes, highway and path crossings, future pipes...
Supplied in bars of length 6.10 m. in black.
