THE AGRÓNIC 5500 REPLACES THE AGRÓNIC 5000
Equipment for the control of irrigation and fertilization for both hydroponic crops and land crops.
Indicated when you have to regulate the EC and the pH of the irrigation water, although you can also fertilize by units or irrigate only with water.
It can read all kinds of analog, digital sensors and irrigation or rain meters.
Using sensors and conditioning factors, it can start and stop programs, modify irrigation and fertilizer, and send notifications to mobile phones. For example, modify irrigation by solar radiation, that the crop demands its own irrigation by water sensors in the soil, send a warning if the temperature is very low, etc.
In greenhouses you can control the temperature and humidity by means of nebulisations.
You can apply phytosanitary treatments in each irrigation program.
You can mix two waters with different salinity to obtain a certain EC.
You can clean filters and manage diesel engines, both motor pumps and generators.
It has a detailed record of all the anomalies that occur and the actions it performs, as well as a history, with records every 10 minutes, for each sector and sensor in the equipment.

IRRIGATION
Manages the irrigation of up to 30 sectors governed by 16 independent programs. Each program includes the starting conditions, the irrigation units in time or volume of up to 9 sectors that can be grouped one by one up to nine at a time, the fertilization by conductivity or uniform in units of time or volume, set point of the pH regulation , setpoint of the inlet water mix and the treatment units F5. In the starting conditions, it has to initialize the program of three schedules, of conditioning by sensors or being sequential from another, filtered by days of the week or frequency of days and an active schedule. A program can perform pulse watering in several activations separated by a time. The irrigation units are independent by program and can be in time (hh: mm, mm'ss ”) or in volume (m3, m3 / ha). The volume irrigated by a program is distributed proportionally in the history and in the accumulated of the sectors that irrigate at the same time according to their expected flow.
FERTILIZATION
It controls the injection of up to 4 four fertilizers, an acid, a fertilizer for treatments and a stirrer.
Independently for each program you can apply the fertilizer by conductivity regulation (CE) or by uniform application; in the first, a proportion is given between the 4 fertilizers and an EC setpoint to keep, in the second the amount of each fertilizer that will be distributed evenly within the irrigation.

PUMPING
It has 1 to 2 general irrigation outputs, or motors, with assignment of the sectors that will activate them, and independent activation and deactivation timings. Timing for the entry and exit of each of the sectors.

MIXTURE
Controls the mixture of two waters to achieve a conductivity of the input water referenced in each of the irrigation programs.
FILTER CLEANING
It allows the cleaning of up to 9 filters, with a choice of washing time. Programmable pause between filters.
The start of the washing sequence can be by the differential pressure and / or by the time or volume of water circulation. It can be done only at the beginning of irrigation or during irrigation.

Fogging
It manages the nebulization of up to 4 groups with a maximum of 8 valves per group to refresh and / or humidify by means of temperature and / or humidity sensors or also by digital sensor.
CONDITIONING
The equipment has a total of 50 fully configurable conditions to carry out actions that will take into account the status or values of digital, analog or meter sensors, also in errors produced in the EC, pH or mixture regulation. The actions are as varied as being able to carry out definitive, temporary or conditional stops applied to a specific program or to all of them, starting and / or stopping irrigation, modifying the frequency of irrigation cycles, making a warning, adjusting the irrigation units or fertilizer at the beginning of the irrigation program according to an instantaneous value of a sensor or the integrated value from the previous irrigation, etc. In addition, each condition can be configured to generate an anomaly, to send an SMS message to two private telephones and an SMS message to another machine.
As examples, we can highlight the use to end the irrigation due to a break in the pipe, postpone irrigation due to lack of level or excess wind, modify the volume of each irrigation in relation to the value of the water content in the soil, to the solar radiation received by the plant since the previous watering or evapotranspiration, notify the owner for attempted theft, etc.
MANUAL
With manual commands, irrigation programs can be started, stopped, shut down or suspended at certain times; out of service or general stop; start or stop cleaning the filters; termination of alarms and breakdowns, setting the sectors or fogging to manual or automatic; calibrate EC and pH sensors; modify virtual sensors or direct activation of the outputs.

SMS MESSAGES
Option that offers the possibility of receiving SMS messages from the Agrónic 5500 with alarms, incidents and selected actions, as well as sending commands through the user's mobile to start, stop or modify a program, put it on "Stop", etc.
It also sends SMS messages to other programmers, related to an event or condition.
MANAGEMENT VIA PC
Optionally, using the AGRÓNIC PC program, the unit can be managed through a personal computer.
The link possibilities are via cable (USB, RS485), by telephone modem (GSM / GPRS) or by radio (Radio link, Wifi).
