Application:
Designed to effectively expel accumulated air in pipes, filters, tanks and any place where the presence of air is detrimental to proper operation.
The air valves are located at the exit of pipes whose slope varies in relation to the hydraulic gradient, at points where the pipe rises above ground level, in large branches with a uniform slope, at the entrance to measuring instruments, at the outlet of the reducing valves, in diameter reductions, pumps, filter systems and on each side of the crossings under roads.
For the correct operation of the valve, it must always be placed in a vertical position.
It is recommended to install a manual isolation valve under the pad to allow maintenance and repair operations without having to shut down the entire system.
Advantages:
-Because of its perfect interior finish, it closes completely at very low pressures.
-It consists of only five pieces, so it is very easy to disassemble in case of cleaning.
-The outlet incorporates a threaded elbow to increase the connection possibilities, since it can be easily disassembled offering a vertical outlet.
-Thanks to its exclusive interior design, the air flow does not drag the float, even exceeding the speed of sound at the outlet hole. Only the water will cause the float to rise.

-It will evacuate at least 1000 m³ / h of air without causing the valve to close in the absence of water.

Features:
-Extraction of air in small pipes while filling. When the water reaches the inside of the valve, the float rises and closes the outlet hole.
-Avoid crushing, because, if depression occurs, the float falls, opening the closure and allowing outside air to enter the pipes, restoring atmospheric pressure inside.
