The suction valves are the indicated device to allow the elimination of air from the pipeline thanks to their operation based on the float closure.
In the moments of filling and emptying the pipe, the water column pushes or absorbs large amounts of air that have to pass through the air valve. Filling is the most critical process, as it is necessary to evacuate a large amount of air at high speed.
The automatic air valve provide the installation with the necessary level of security with contained costs and with a minimum need for maintenance.
This type of air valve are suitable for all types of installations, also being offered in various configurations and a multitude of diameters.

AUTOMATIC nodular cast iron suction pad for air intake and evacuation functions when emptying and filling pipes, with 1 ”automatic suction pad to remove air contained in pipes during normal operation, avoiding performance losses and equipment errors .
During the process of expelling the air and until the moment of closing, small water outlets are produced by the upper part of the valve.
In installations where there are electrical equipment or other nearby elements that can be damaged by water, it is advisable to place an extension in the upper threaded outlet to conduct the water from
safe way.
