Hydraulic in-line diaphragm valve and single chamber, with a basic opening and closing operation due to the pressure exerted by the existing water in the pipeline. That is to say, its operation does not need external energy, the energy is received from the water that circulates through the pipe.
The simplicity of its design, construction and operation, allow the valve to have a wide variety of applications in different types of water distribution systems, performing various functions as equipped: manual valve, solenoid valve, regulator and / or pressure sustainer, etc. It also offers the possibility of working with different flow rates.
The three basic parts of the valve are: body, diaphragm and cover that make up the control chamber, the only mobile component being the diaphragm, which also acts as a seat.

Operation:
-The valve opens or closes hydraulically depending on the pressure applied to the upper part of the diaphragm:
-If the applied pressure is equal to or greater than the inlet pressure, the valve closes completely tightly.
-If the applied pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, the valve opens fully.
-By means of the hydraulic valve, we can regulate the pressure or the flow in a pipeline, varying the volume of water in the upper part of the diaphragm.
-The diaphragm can be changed by removing the top cap without removing the valve from the pipeline.
