Foot valve DN250 stainless steel filter PN10.
The foot valve consists of a closing by means of a mobile cover whose movement is guided through a shaft, including a spring that keeps it closed. When you turn on the suction, the flow lifts the cap and allows normal operation. When the flow stops, the spring and the weight of the water column return the lid to the closed position. The closure is made between metal cover and vulcanized neoprene, achieving total tightness at very low pressure (0,2 bar), thanks to this the emptying of the pipe is minimal and allows the use of low constant springs to reduce load losses.
This valve also incorporates a stainless steel strainer filter that protects against the introduction of foreign bodies that could damage the elements of the pumps.
