3-way plastic standard pressure pilot for pressure reducing and sustaining valve.
The 3-way regulator/sustainer plastic pilot has been designed so that once mounted on a hydraulic valve, it becomes a pressure reducer or sustainer, with a working range of up to 10 bar.
It is recommended to put an intake filter.

To regulate the pressure, the upper screw of the pilot is used. By tightening the screw, we will increase the equilibrium pressure, and loosening it we will decrease it.
The screw will be turned little by little so that the pressure stabilizes. When the desired pressure is reached, the screw position will be fixed by means of the nut.
For a correct operation of the pilot, it is recommended to respect the assembly diagrams, using the appropriate fittings for the type of thread.
Seal the connectors with liquid Teflon or tape. Both the installation and the handling of the pilot will be carried out with suitable tools and by qualified personnel.
Recommendations:
-Do not use liquids that attack the materials of the body.
-Do not use oils or greases to lubricate the components inside the pilot.
-Put an intake filter on the hydraulic valve that the pilot is going to regulate.
