Simple suction hydraulic injector.
Amiad's Hydraulic Fertilizer Injector is constructed of chemical and corrosion resistant materials.
It does not need an external power supply, as the hydraulic motor that contains the unit is energized by the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation system.
The unit is resistant to practically all chemical fertilizers used in the agricultural and horticultural sector.
Suction pump injector, which uses a suction head at the end of the pipe. It is suitable for working with fertilizer tanks of less than 1 m3.
Usage:
The unit can be used with the following types of chemicals:
-Fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, soil saturators, microelements, nutrient solutions, acids (for drip irrigation systems) etc.

Reciprocating motor and water pump assembly:
-The reciprocating type motor in the cylindrical casing consists of two pistons and a main pilot valve. The pump, which is connected to the motor body, extracts the product from the tank or container and injects it into the main pipe.
The housing to which the accessories are attached contains the motor and the pump.
The start-stop knob is an integral part of the cutting unit. The cut-off stops the pump operation automatically when the product level drops below the level of the base of the suction head. Automatic cut-off only works with the suction injector.
There are two valves in the discharge line and one in the intake line. Its functions are to prevent the water in the main line from entering the chemical product tank and to prevent the backflow of the product discharge into the tank or container.
The relief valve is a manually actuated ball valve, which allows air to be removed from the system, usually during initial operation. If, as a result of the water blockage, an underpressure is generated in the main line, the ball on the relief valve automatically opens the breather and removes the air from the line to the atmosphere. This device ensures that the siphon operation of the relief valve can be used in automatic and sequential operations.
The suction head is made up of a round base plate and a file that contains a plastic ball.
