AZUD LUXON filters keep the filtered water supply uninterrupted during the wash cycle. The water enters the system and enters through the pre-filter, flowing into the filter element. Afterwards, the water passes through the mesh, so that the particles are retained on the inside of the filter element. The filtered water continues to the outlet collector.
When there is an increase in the pressure differential, the wash cycle begins. A hydraulic valve opens at the drainage outlet, activating the AZUD FLEX PROTECT System, generating a helical movement along the mesh to suck in the filtered particles. Dirt is flushed down the drain.
The duration of this process is preset by the controller. When it is fulfilled, the flushing valve closes and the cleaning process ends, with minimal use of water.
