GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
-For the centralization of drinking water meters, cold or hot, at a working pressure not exceeding 16 bar.
-Its design has been made based on the suggestions, recommendations and needs of the main technicians in the country in home water distribution.
-Manufactured according to UNE 19900 STANDARD part 1 and 2 (metallic), with the audit of ECA, a collaborating entity of the Administration.
-Homologated with certificate of conformity DBC-8004 for metallic and DBD-8001 in the case of plastic.
-The batteries are 2 or 3 rows, type P according to the UNE 19900-1 standard.
-They are manufactured starting from AISI 316L stainless steel tube, DIN 50049 3.1 B, stamped plates in steel of the same quality according to UNE-19804 and with a PN16 connection flange specified in the UNE-EN 1092-2 standard.
-The welding of the nozzles to the frame is by the MIG system.
-The set, once finished and checked at the pressure indicated by the standard, is pickled and passivated by immersion internally and externally.
-The result is a light, thermally stable battery that does not deform due to the weight of the set of valves, meter and hose, and is free from chemical or electrolytic corrosion.
