AZUD HELIX SYSTEM is the filtration range based on minimum maintenance and maximum filtration security.
AZUD HELIX is an exclusive helical effect in AZUD filters and filtration equipment.
This is achieved due to the patented propeller located at the base of the cartridge, the result of a careful study of design and hydraulic mechanics. Its deflector fins achieve a helical movement in the water entering the filter that moves the particles in suspension against the walls of the lid, keeping them away from the filter element and thus minimizing the frequency of cleaning.
When water enters the filter, it meets the propeller, causing a helical and centrifugal movement that moves the particles away from the discs. This translates into less frequency and intensity of maintenance work, with the consequent saving of water. Through the discs the depth filtration process is carried out.
