It may have occurred due to excess pressure, as these valves have a pressure range of 3 to 5 bar. If you have exceeded it, it is possible that they have that effect, or that they have been damaged even though you now work at a lower pressure.
We recommend doing a test with pressures in that range, using valves in the place where this happens, and see if it is a pressure or valve problem.
