Pressure boilers are water tanks that are installed in pressure pumping systems such as irrigation, nebulization or micro-sprinkler systems, among others. The boiler has the function of supplying water to the installation at a determined and stable pressure.

Membrane reboilers

Membrane tanks consist of a tank that contains a completely waterproof membrane made up of a single piece. This membrane is at a certain pressure (it must be 0.5 bars less than the irrigation pressure) and is in charge of absorbing the high and low pressures that can reach the system, displacing the water from its interior towards the installation at a constant pressure.

The membrane can be EPDM or butyl. In any case, it keeps the air isolated from the water, so there is no possibility of corrosion of the interior metallic surface of the tank or of dilution of the air in the water.

The butyl membrane allows work with hot and cold water. There is no contact between water and steel due to the internal layer of epoxy.

Galvanized boilers

Galvanized boilers have a similar operation to membrane boilers. However, they lack this, since the interior of the tank is hollow. The air chamber is generated by means of injectors or compressors (the boiler contains welded intakes to facilitate the task).
